Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move materials efficiently.
- Perform order picking, packing, and shipping tasks with high accuracy and speed.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and workplace health guidelines.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper labeling and packaging.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts on Saturday and Sunday.
- Basic computer literacy for logging work hours and tasks.
