Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and product expertise during weekend peak hours
- Drive sales through personalized recommendations and upselling opportunities
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling displays
- Manage inventory processes including receiving, stocking, and cycle counts
- Operate POS systems and process transactions accurately
- Participate in weekend team meetings and training sessions
- Maintain pristine store appearance and cleanliness standards
- Contribute to weekend sales goals and KPI tracking
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or customer service experience
- Availability to work every Saturday and Sunday (8 AM - 6 PM)
- Strong product knowledge in outdoor/sports equipment preferred
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets in team environments
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Basic proficiency with retail POS systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
