Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to maintain operational efficiency during weekend shifts
- Implement quality control protocols and resolve operational issues promptly
- Generate and analyze weekend performance reports for continuous improvement
- Train and mentor weekend staff on safety protocols and best practices
- Collaborate with weekday managers to ensure operational continuity
- Manage weekend inventory audits and reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse or operations management
- Proven ability to work independently and lead teams during non-standard shifts
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory software
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid Washington State driver's license
