Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all daily warehouse operations during the weekend shift to ensure 100% accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Lead, mentor, and schedule a diverse team of warehouse staff to maximize productivity and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock discrepancies, and coordinate with the purchasing department for re-orders.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
- Analyze operational performance metrics and implement process improvements to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve logistical issues quickly and professionally.
- Prepare and submit weekly operational reports to the Regional Director.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably overseeing shift operations.
- Strong understanding of inventory control systems and warehouse management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business or Logistics is a plus.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
