Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient care during weekend shifts (Saturday-Sunday)
- Monitor patient vitals and administer treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Provide patient education on treatment plans and preventive care
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Participate in weekend staff meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Current California RN or LVN license required
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in acute care
- Weekend availability (both Saturday and Sunday shifts)
- BLS certification and ACLS preferred
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Experience with Epic EHR systems
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced weekend environment
