Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Monitor patient vitals and document observations accurately in electronic health records
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Coordinate meal preparation and dietary plan adherence for patients
- Transport patients to medical appointments and community activities
- Maintain clean, safe environments following infection control standards
- Communicate effectively with families, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams
Qualifications
- Current Oregon CNA certification or equivalent healthcare credential
- Minimum 1 year experience in home health or clinical setting
- Valid CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Pass background check and drug screening
