Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care during weekend shifts (Saturday-Sunday)
- Monitor patient vital signs and administer prescribed treatments
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop care plans
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Respond to emergency situations following established protocols
- Assist in patient education and discharge planning
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field
- Current Florida state license (RN, LPN, or Medical Assistant)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
- Valid BLS/CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced weekend environments
- Flexibility to work rotating weekend shifts (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
- Proficiency with electronic health record systems
