Responsibilities
- Monitor and process inbound/outbound shipments using our WMS system
- Conduct quality checks on packages and documentation
- Maintain accurate inventory records in real-time
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during shift transitions
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and warehouse procedures
- Assist with loading/unloading operations using powered equipment (training provided)
- Resolve basic operational escalations with supervisor guidance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Reliable weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday nights)
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs regularly
- Positive attitude and strong team collaboration skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- No prior experience required - comprehensive training provided
- Valid Florida driver's license preferred
