Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and label inventory for overnight shipping
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse zones following safety protocols
- Load/unload freight trucks using proper lifting techniques
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly targets
- Document workflow activities in digital inventory systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours overnight
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Reliable transportation for weekend shifts (Fri-Sat 10PM-6AM)
- Willingness to pass pre-employment background check
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs regularly
- Attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
