- Analyze emerging market trends and competitor landscapes to identify high-impact growth opportunities.
- Orchestrate complex stakeholder management to ensure buy-in from investors, board members, and internal teams.
- Oversee the allocation of resources for long-term projects, ensuring fiscal responsibility and ROI.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives and report on progress bi-weekly.
- Build and mentor a high-level management team capable of executing the 2026 vision.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of executive leadership experience in a strategic planning or operations role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading organizations through transformative periods.
