You'll lead cross-functional teams through the entire innovation lifecycle—from ideation to market implementation—while maintaining alignment with our ESG and sustainability imperatives.
Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 innovation roadmaps using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen business models and value propositions
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) for strategic integration
- Design and execute innovation sprints with Fortune 500 partners
- Present strategic frameworks to executive leadership and investors
- Monitor global disruption indicators and update strategic playbooks quarterly
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record launching ventures with >$50M impact
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proficiency in innovation frameworks (Design Thinking, Lean Startup)
- Deep understanding of 2026 technology trajectories
- Experience managing budgets >$10M for innovation initiatives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight preferred
