Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic roadmap for emerging technology verticals
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists
- Identify and capitalize on disruptive market opportunities post-2025
- Forge strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and research institutions
- Present vision to C-suite executives and board of directors quarterly
- Drive innovation sprints for next-gen AI and sustainability solutions
- Manage $20M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused KPIs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning with 5+ years in C-suite or director roles
- Proven track record in launching tech products with $100M+ market impact
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or climate tech ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Experience managing distributed teams across 3+ time zones
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or similar
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and strategic frameworks
