Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy framework, aligning with company vision and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to anticipate industry shifts and disruptive threats
- Design and implement innovation incubation programs for breakthrough product development
- Present strategic roadmaps and technology forecasts to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPIs and measurement systems for innovation portfolio success

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Business Innovation, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or corporate futurism
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with market impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their commercial applications
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., IXL, CDIO) preferred
