Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy roadmap aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and launch cutting-edge technology solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging trends and disruptive technologies
- Forge strategic partnerships with industry leaders, startups, and research institutions
- Present innovation initiatives to executive stakeholders and secure resource allocation
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic innovation, product development, or technology leadership
- Proven track record of launching successful technology products or initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable tech
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- MBA or advanced degree in relevant field preferred
- Experience managing innovation budgets and P&L for large-scale projects
