Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop and deliver executive-level strategic foresight frameworks through workshops and whitepapers
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, industry experts, and academic thought leaders
- Quantify future scenarios using predictive modeling and scenario-planning methodologies
- Translate complex trend analysis into actionable business strategies for Fortune 500 clients
- Drive innovation sprints integrating emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI)
- Present findings to executive boards and investor forums with compelling narrative storytelling
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and future-state modeling
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, Business Strategy, or related field
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFIP) strongly preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive board experience
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic planning journals
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year strategic implementation projects
