- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Publish thought leadership on emerging paradigms (e.g., AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or technology innovation
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic foresight frameworks
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
