Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market trends impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks including scenario planning and trend analysis
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing organizational strategy
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and predictive models for leadership decision-making
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Integrate future insights into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or equivalent field
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex future concepts
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on strategic transformation
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
