Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Technology Horizon Map, identifying disruptive trends across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to model future market disruptions and organizational resilience strategies
- Produce quarterly Future Briefs for executive stakeholders, translating complex foresight into executable business strategies
- Establish cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, Product, and Marketing teams to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups to scout breakthrough innovations
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and thought leadership summits
- Architect the company's 10-year innovation framework with measurable KPIs
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario modeling, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism, innovation strategy, or technology forecasting
- Experience with AI-driven forecasting tools and data visualization platforms
