Responsibilities
- Analyze global trends to identify opportunities and threats for 2026-2030 horizon
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for emerging technologies
- Produce high-impact foresight reports for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-state planning
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and technological indicators
- Design innovation pipelines for next-generation products/services
- Present strategic recommendations to board of directors
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of developing future-ready business strategies
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Published thought leadership in future trends
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies
