Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 2026 technology trend analysis framework using AI-driven predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align executive vision with emerging market opportunities
- Produce quarterly strategic foresight reports with actionable recommendations for board-level stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with global research institutions and innovation labs
- Design scenario-planning models for potential 2026 market disruptions
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal foresight capabilities
- Present strategic vision at industry conferences and investor summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AGI)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in strategic forespace publications
- Experience managing global research networks
