Qualifications
- Master's degree in Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or similar preferred
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
