Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 technology foresight framework through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for disruptive market shifts
- Translate future insights into actionable product roadmaps and investment strategies
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Monitor emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic implications
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong background in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through strategic transformation
- Certification in innovation management or strategic foresight preferred
