Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026-focused product roadmaps
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 3-5 year adoption horizons
- Drive strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies for pilot deployments
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ annual R&D budget for future-tech initiatives
- Mentor junior innovators in sustainable and ethical tech principles
- Produce quarterly trend reports on technological disruption vectors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or strategy roles with proven 2020+ impact
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Track record of launching products with $50M+ market potential
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Prior experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ members
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or similar tier-1 journals
- Deep network within Silicon Valley's venture ecosystem
- Fluency in English with advanced data visualization skills
