Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Innovation Roadmap aligning with UN SDGs and emerging tech trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in launching 3+ breakthrough products/services annually
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum computing, biotech, and climate-tech pioneers
- Conduct horizon-scanning using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Drive organizational culture transformation through innovation workshops
- Present quarterly future-readiness reports to the board of directors
- Manage $15M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused KPIs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy or futures planning with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record launching products with 7-figure+ revenue impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (CFP) or equivalent
- Deep understanding of ESG frameworks and sustainable business models
- Exceptional stakeholder management across C-suite and board levels
- Advanced degree in Strategic Innovation, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future studies
