Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or disruptive innovation
- Proven track record of forecasting market shifts with 85%+ accuracy
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong quantitative modeling (Python/R) and qualitative research skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or adjacent fields
- MBA or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
