Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology roadmapping
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype solutions for quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate resilience
- Produce quarterly 'Horizon Briefs' on regulatory shifts, demographic changes, and disruptive business models
- Partner with R&D to align innovation pipelines with 2026 market projections and societal needs
- Design immersive stakeholder workshops using VR/AR to visualize future scenarios
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across sustainability, AI ethics, and human augmentation
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or Strategic Innovation
- 7+ years experience in corporate strategy, innovation management, or futurism
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-oriented initiatives launched since 2020
- Expertise in emerging tech: generative AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Strong statistical modeling and data visualization skills with Python/R
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology ethics
- Certification in Foresight Methodology preferred
