Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and predict their market impact by 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for 5-10 year horizon planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities
- Produce trend intelligence reports and competitive disruption analyses
- Advise executive team on risk mitigation and innovation adoption strategies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex foresight into actionable product and business development initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist research
- Proven track record of predicting industry trends with documented impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
