Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI) and societal shifts to map 2026 industry landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product development and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision implementation
- Author white papers and thought leadership content on 2026 disruption vectors
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions for 2026 adoption
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify competitive disruption risks
- Present strategic forecasts to C-suite executives and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting with proven 2020s trend analysis
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex future scenarios
- Experience leading cross-cultural innovation initiatives
- Certification in Futures Studies (e.g., CFCS preferred)
