Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) and forecast their impact on 2026 business landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizational adaptation and innovation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-vision priorities
- Produce whitepapers and thought leadership on emerging paradigm shifts
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-state business models and technologies
- Advise executive board on long-term risk mitigation and opportunity identification
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proven ability to translate complex scenarios into executable business strategies
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futures or strategy publications
- Experience advising Fortune 500 organizations on transformational change
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-vision projects delivered to C-level executives
