Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Quantum Computing
- 8+ years in strategic foresight roles with Fortune 500 tech firms
- Published research in Nature/Science on human-AI symbiosis or climate tech
- Expertise in predictive modeling using neural networks and quantum algorithms
- Certification in Ethical AI Governance (IEEE 7000) or equivalent
- Portfolio of implemented future-shaping projects with measurable impact
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Public speaking experience at Davos, TED, or equivalent forums
