Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for clients across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing verticals
- Produce scenario-planning models and risk assessments for long-term business resilience
- Present findings to C-suite executives and boards through compelling visual narratives
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at premier global forums
- Guide R&D investment allocation based on future opportunity mapping
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling abilities
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFS, CFMP) or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major industry publications
- Experience working with Fortune 500 clients on transformational initiatives
