Responsibilities

- Present actionable foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and innovation labs
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on future-of-work paradigms
- Guide R&D priorities through horizon scanning and scenario planning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-oriented research or frameworks
