Responsibilities

- Analyze global megatrends, emerging technologies, and socioeconomic shifts to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead scenario planning initiatives to prepare the organization for future uncertainties and black swan events
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed future-focused strategies into company operations
- Present compelling foresight narratives to stakeholders through executive briefings and industry forums
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Champion innovation culture by mentoring teams on future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year future roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation publications
