Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market disruptions and regulatory shifts
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) for strategic integration opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and product teams
- Present futuristic scenarios to stakeholders using immersive VR/AR storytelling frameworks
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring future-readiness and innovation ROI
- Pioneer ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and biotechnology implementations
- Partner with policy think tanks to shape emerging tech governance standards
- Mentor junior strategists in futures-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, nanotech)
- Proven track record of developing future-ready enterprise roadmaps
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong data visualization skills using tools like Tableau or D3.js
- PhD or Master's in Technology Policy, Innovation Management, or related field
- Published research or thought leadership on 2020s tech disruption
