Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Innovation Framework, mapping emerging technologies across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Produce quarterly trend reports forecasting market disruptions and paradigm shifts
- Design scenario-planning models for 3-5 year strategic horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational vision with future opportunities
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting technological and market trends
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional data visualization and presentation skills
