Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for Fortune 500 clients on climate resilience and workforce transformation
- Author annual 'State of 2026' trend reports distributed at Davos and World Economic Forums
- Direct Horizon's Future Lab incubating technologies like neural interfaces and carbon capture 2.0
- Partner with MIT and Stanford on longitudinal studies about human-AI symbiosis
- Design ethics frameworks for autonomous systems and distributed governance models
Qualifications
- Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent with 7+ years foresight experience
- Proven track record publishing in Harvard Business Review or Scientific American
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, cross-impact analysis) and horizon scanning
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on organizational strategy through trend integration
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Experience advising governments on 4th industrial policy and regulatory adaptation
- PhD or JD preferred with focus on technological governance or innovation economics
