Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with AI research teams and biotech pioneers
- Produce annual Horizon Scan Reports identifying disruptive market opportunities
- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen automation and human augmentation systems
- Forge strategic alliances with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Mentor junior futurists through our Emergent Minds program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting at Fortune 500 level
- Published thought leadership in Future Journal or equivalent
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Experience with AI-driven trend analysis platforms (e.g., Trendscope, Signal AI)
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 implemented future-strategy initiatives
- Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin preferred for global collaboration
