Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives identifying disruptive technologies and market opportunities through 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for quantum computing adoption and AI-human symbiosis
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with data-driven trend analysis and strategic recommendations
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions in augmented reality and climate tech
- Advise executive leadership on ethical implications of emerging technologies and regulatory landscapes
- Build cross-functional innovation pipelines aligning with UN SDGs and ESG principles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 clients
- Published research on exponential technologies (blockchain, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools, trend mapping software, and scenario modeling
- Deep understanding of global regulatory frameworks governing emerging tech
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercialized products/services
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., from foresight.org) required
