Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in high-traffic retail environments
- Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising
- Support event setup and guest services for weekend festivals
- Maintain clean, organized spaces following safety protocols
- Process cash transactions and operate POS systems
- Collaborate with team members to create memorable guest experiences
- Complete training modules to develop professional skills
Qualifications
- Must be 14-17 years old with valid work permit
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-6pm shifts)
- Positive attitude with strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation to downtown locations
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Team player with willingness to learn
- Interest in retail, hospitality, or customer service
