Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences at festivals/concerts
- Manage venue operations during weekend events
- Process cash transactions and POS operations
- Maintain safety protocols in high-traffic environments

Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays & Sundays (6AM-2PM or 2PM-10PM)
- 1+ years in customer service or event support
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid Louisiana food handler certification preferred
- Reliable transportation to French Quarter locations
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Knowledge of New Orleans tourism a plus
