Responsibilities
- Lead Operations: Oversee all daily warehouse activities, including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment, ensuring 100% accuracy.
- Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of 10-15 warehouse associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce strict safety protocols (OSHA standards) to maintain a safe working environment for all staff.
- Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and manage stock discrepancies efficiently.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in weekend workflows and implement solutions to improve speed and efficiency.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between management and the weekend staff, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics supervision.
- Availability: Must be available to work Full-Time hours exclusively on weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead a team effectively and handle high-pressure situations.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Background: Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.
