Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations and staff allocation specifically for Saturday and Sunday shifts.
- Ensure high accuracy in inventory management and timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Train, mentor, and coordinate the performance of warehouse associates.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and coordinate maintenance as needed.
- Resolve operational issues immediately to ensure continuous workflow.
- Prepare and review end-of-shift reports and productivity metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution center environment.
- Certified forklift operator (preferred).
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced setting.
- Must be available to work exclusively on weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
