Key Responsibilities
Your primary focus will be ensuring the seamless flow of goods through our distribution center. You will be responsible for:
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment to meet daily KPIs.
- Inventory Management: Conducting regular cycle counts and maintaining accurate inventory records using our WMS (Warehouse Management System).
- Equipment Operation: Safely operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems as required.
- Quality Control: Inspecting products for damage and ensuring packaging standards are met.
- Safety Compliance: Adhering to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicating effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to resolve issues quickly.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following:
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday on a recurring basis.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Driver's License: Valid driver’s license required for some locations.
