Responsibilities
- Manage daily inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Oversee loading and unloading of freight trucks to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Lead and mentor a small team of warehouse associates.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to optimize efficiency.
- Process shipping documentation accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
