Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the weekend warehouse team to ensure operational excellence.
- Oversee receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and manage stock rotation.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and ensure a zero-accident workplace.
- Coordinate with the weekday management team to ensure seamless shift transitions.
- Conduct daily briefings and performance reviews for weekend staff.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics management.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Valid Forklift and Material Handler Certification.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software and inventory systems.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
