Responsibilities
- Oversee all weekend warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ weekend associates, ensuring performance targets are met
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to achieve zero-incident weekends
- Coordinate cross-functional communication with distribution, transportation, and customer service teams
- Analyze weekend operational data to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions
- Conduct weekend inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies
- Manage weekend equipment maintenance and operational readiness
Qualifications
- 5+ years of warehouse management experience with weekend shift leadership
- Proven track record in inventory control and logistics optimization
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety management experience
- Ability to work flexible weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- Advanced problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making
