Responsibilities
- Execute efficient picking, packing, and shipping of inventory orders with high accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile stock levels against system records.
- Collaborate with the shift team to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding safety and quality control.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Forklift certification is a strong plus but not required for immediate hire.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a fast-paced team setting.
