Responsibilities
- Perform efficient receiving, checking in, and staging of merchandise and inventory.
- Execute order fulfillment by picking, packing, and labeling products accurately and quickly.
- Load and unload trailers safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock rotation to ensure product freshness and accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve daily operational challenges and optimize workflows.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or retail experience is a plus but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong commitment to punctuality, attendance, and safety protocols.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays.
