Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and stage customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency to meet daily shipping deadlines.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in strict compliance with all safety protocols.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, ensuring all packaging meets quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times, adhering to 5S standards.
- Collaborate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Load and unload trucks accurately, verifying shipment contents and ensuring proper documentation.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as directed by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced setting.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Basic math skills and proficiency with handheld scanners or computers.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety (OSHA compliant).
- Reliable transportation to and from the Phoenix facility.
