Responsibilities
- Pack and Ship Orders: Accurately package, label, and prepare products for shipment to customers.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, counting, and organizing stock to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment (including forklifts) to move materials as needed.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe by following all safety protocols.
- Load & Unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks and trailers to facilitate daily operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when counting and packaging items.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Communication: Basic ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not strictly required.
